Drone Models for the Competition

To facilitate the Drone market research that those interested in participating in the Drone competition are expected to undertake, a number of Drone models and potential suppliers are presented below. The models are indicative and it is up to the participant to select the appropriate equipment for participation and confirm that the model meets the conditions for participation in the competition.

It is noted that as the Organisers, the Cyprus Computer Society, we do not recommend or promote any model over any other Drone model. Interested parties should do their own research, evaluate the quality characteristics of each option, the functional capabilities, and other criteria they will set, and of course the corresponding cost. The only recommendation we can make is to choose a Drone that is also programmable.

It is noted that interested coaches can purchase their drone from known online stores (i.e Amazon).

To create a track for team training purposes, design files are provided which can be used to print the various track elements. Download the files from here.
