Document Required
In an effort to make Robotex Cyprus a ‘paperless event’, it is no longer necessary to fill out forms and submit them to the event Secretariat. Coaches can print out one document per team from their panel once they log into the event system with their codes.
However, we would like to draw the attention of coaches to the fact that they must provide accurate and truthful information about their team members and that any false or misleading statements will result in the team being removed from the event.
We also refer you to the announcement of the event (see above), especially point "15 FORM REQUIRED ON THE DAYS OF THE EVENT (NEW RULE) " and kindly request that you follow the instructions carefully to avoid any inconvenience and ensure the smooth running of the event.
Please note that the QR Passes can be printed between 20 and 26 June 2026, when the final programme for the event will be finalized.
