Registrations for Participation

Participation in Robotex Cyprus requires and assumes respect and acceptance of the rules from all coaches and players and the organizations they represent.  

Review carefully the detailed Announcement and the general regulations of Robotex Cyprus that includes new arrangements and criteria for participation and other useful information for coaches, players and organizations. 

Starting from the 2024 edition of Robotex Cyprus a fee of 50 euros per particpating team is set.
Robotics coaches and trainers interested to participate in Robotex Cyprus must first create an account on this website and use the system to create their teams and enrol them in the various challenges.
The deadline for registrations is Wednesday 29th May 2024  and no extension will be given. 

Document for Completion 

In addition to the official registration process described above, the Coach must complete and sign for each of his/her teams  the document "Team’s Members Details & Participation in Challenges" that includes:

• the details of the team members  
• the details of the organization and the coach  
• the category of the team and the challenges in which it participates.  

The document also includes instructions for completion, printing and submission on the days of the event.
